This landmarked townhouse in Prospect Heights Brooklyn needed a full gut renovation when we walked in with the photographer and former model that were our clients. Every material and detail in this two family home was meticulously designed as a background for future photoshoots. Every inch of the dwelling was designed with specific consideration for the clients’ current and future needs as their family was expanding. This project was built through a rigorous design/build process and began our love of an integrated design, construction and fabrication work flow.
